PAA Excellence in Public Service Award

On September 23, PAA President Kathleen Mullan Harris (pictured right) delivered the PAA Excellence in Public Service Award to Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT).  As the first recipient of this award, Congresswoman DeLauro was chosen for her commitment to population research and the federal agencies that support it.
