The PAA 2010 Annual Meeting will be held April 15-17, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel, 300 Reunion Boulevard, Dallas, Texas, .  (Note:  The Welcome Mixer is Wednesday, April 14, 8:30 p.m.)

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is sold out.  You can check back in the event rooms become available due to cancellations - https://resweb.passkey.com/go/PAA2010, or call toll free in the U.S., 1.888.421.1442.  The room rate is $166 single, $186 double, plus tax.  Reservations must be made by March 22, 2010. 

Please contact A Room With A View (ARWAV) for information on the designated PAA overflow hotel.  ARWAV will secure the lowest rates at hotels within walking distance to the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel.

Every effort is made to secure an adequate block of rooms for the PAA Annual Meeting.  It is possible, however, that the room block may sell out BEFORE the reservation cutoff date.  After reserving a room, if your plans change and you are unable to attend, please cancel your room reservation as early as possible so that space will be available for another meeting participant. Be sure to obtain a confirmation number when making or cancelling a reservation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
